  • Sharing links to the Site or social media posts is welcome, but altering or removing watermarks, signatures, or credits is prohibited.

2. Commissions and Live Painting Bookings

  • A signed contract and deposit are required to secure a commission or live wedding painting date.

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your individual contract.

  • Final artwork will be delivered according to the agreed timeline in your contract.

3. Product Sales

  • All sales of original artwork are final.

  • Limited edition prints may be exchanged if damaged upon arrival (contact us within 7 days).

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to infringe on the rights of others.

5. Disclaimer

While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, pricing, or availability on the Site are error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability
