This piece is inspired by my two-year-old running to the window after the first snowfall of the season, eyes wide and already begging to go outside. His joy cracked something open in me—reminding me how tiny moments can shift your perspective and that little glimmers live in the smallest places.
The bright neon yellow zig-zag is my favorite part — a color my son always begs me to use when he paints with me. I always say no… until one day I looked at him and thought: You know what? Yeah. Neon yellow it is.
